Here is a lovely vintage mannequin head hat display with a great, chic look. The Styrofoam head is covered in a yellow felt with black felt adornments, including a bow-tie around the neck, eye brows, and a mouth. There is a small jewel as a nose, and one as an eye. One eye jewel is missing. The yellow felt is somewhat stained throughout. Overall, this vintage piece is in good condition.
