Our antiques barn is located in picturesque Jaffrey, NH, a stone's throw from Mount Monadnock, the country's most hiked mountain. We have a rolling schedule of public Barn Sales, Live Virtual Barn Sales, and we offer private in-person and virtual visits!
Address & Directions
385 Squantum Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452
Note that GPS has some trouble finding us. Once you hit Squantum Road, ignore any instructions to turn onto Sawmill Drive - continue down Squantum until you find the big white house with the big white barn - that's us! Pay attention to the pin on the map, and you should have no trouble.
Payment
We take cash, all major credit cards (with no minimum), PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. We may accept local checks with proper ID. Small bills are appreciated if paying with cash!
Yes! We Negotiate! Almost all prices are negotiable. The more you buy, the better deal you're apt to get. We generally do not give discounts on purchases of $10 or less, but otherwise, please feel free to make a reasonable offer if you'd like something for a better price. Dealers welcome!
Parking
Please park in our horseshoe-shaped driveway, on the front lawn in front of the barn, or on the grass on either of the side lawns. Please do not block access to the garage to the left of the barn.
Please do not park in the street unless absolutely necessary. Be sure not to block or park in our neighbor's driveways. Note that we do not own the fields off to either side of our home and barn, so please do not go on this land or park there while you visit us.

Other Things to Note
Free WiFi: The network name is "Barn Guest" and the password is "barn1234" with no spaces or capitals.
No public bathrooms: Unfortunately the barn is not equipped with a bathroom, and we are not comfortable allowing people into our private residence. We may sometimes have a porta-potty available, though that is typically reserved for guests staying in our AirBNB. In general, it is best to visit a bathroom before you visit the barn, if you need to go.
Temperature: If you're visiting in the winter, be sure to dress warm! There is absolutely no heat in the barn, and it is usually colder inside than it is outside. Bundle up! It can even get cold in the fall.
Kids & Pets: Children and pets are welcome, but must be closely supervised at all time!
Accessibility: The barn is located up a short dirt and gravel ramp, which is accesible by people using mobility aids. There are areas of the barn, including the second floor, which may be difficult for people to access using mobility aids. We are happy to provide a virtual tour (using devices we will provide) of these areas and will bring any merchandise to an accessible area for inspecition and purchase. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need any accomodations or assistance. We are committed to ensuring that all individuals are able to visit and enjoy the barn.
