Here is a spooky vintage papier mache paper pulp jack-o-lantern Halloween pumpkin originally used as a candy container or bucket, circa 1940. This grinning choir boy pumpkin includes the original paper face insert in good condition. The insert has a small tear on the pumpkin's left eye, which is held together with tape from the back side. The insert is held in place with packing paper on the inside of the pumpkin. This pumpkin has original orange paint and is in good vintage condition with normal signs of wear, including some paint loss on the cheeks and nose. The pumpkin has a wire handle, but the handle hole on the pumpkin's left side is torn.
