Vintage entomology specimen display containing a male and female pair of Troides oblongomaculatus, commonly known as the oblong-spotted birdwing, pinned and mounted against a dark background in a glass-front wood shadow box frame. The male specimen displays dark brown and black forewings with bright yellow hindwings, while the female is larger with brown and golden-toned forewings and yellow hindwings marked with dark spots. A typed label at the bottom of the case reads "3192 Troides oblongomaculatus (M & F) New Guinea."

The glass shows dust and minor spotting. The label is partially peeling at the right corner. The wood frame shows light surface wear. Both specimens are intact with no visible wing damage.
