Here is a gorgeous last rites sacrament sick call box that would be used by a Catholic priest to perform the final sacrament on a sick or dying individual. This wooden box has a brass cross and ornaments on its face. Inside is a heavy metal cross and pair of candle sticks wrapped in a thin molded gold foil. The box also contains a silver plate dish for the Eucharist, a pair of candles in a box with instructions on performing the sacrament, an empty holy water bottle, and a small cloth pad emblazoned with IHS.
