Includes sections on long-distance routes and riders, literature of the wheel, directory of wheelmen, and trade directory. Karl Kron was the pseudonym of Lyman Hotchkiss Bagg. Blue cloth binding with gilt lettering on spine. Decorative floral endpapers. The book exhibits significant wear to the binding with losses at the head and foot of spine. Pages show age-related toning. This copy displays "Price Two Dollars N.Y. 1887" at the bottom of the spine. This copy does not have a title page and may be missing multiple pages at the front of the book before the preface.
