This vintage felt pennant is a souvenir of Sing Sing Prison and features a jailed inmate behind bars along with the words "Class of 1990" and "Bars and Stripes Forever." The pennant is in fair condition with some wear consistent with age, including pinholes where pushpins once were, a whole between the S and I on the second SING, and some damage to the tip of the flag. The pennant measures 8.5" x 23"
