This vintage serving spoon has a beautiful design. The handle, made of carved wood with brass and other colorful embellishments, is in the shape of a bird, perhaps a parrot. The wood has a lovely grain to it. The spoon itself is 2" wide and is in nice condition. The spoon is 9" long
