Here is a cute little porcelain fluted flower vase or planter featuring a happy cross-legged elf sitting on a flower. It is marked Made in Occupied Japan on the bottom. It is in fair condition and has significant paint loss throughout, as well as some chipping in the elf's color. However, it is undeniably cute, and could be even better when cleaned up and repainted, as it is quite dirty.
