Here is an incredible antique metal inkwell base with a pen holder and storage box, likely for fountain pen nibs. It features an ornate design that includes a frame with a hook above it, likely to hang a pocket watch. There are no glass inkwell inserts. There is some chipping in the red paint, as well as a couple spots of yellow paint throughout.
