Here is a great vintage framed oil on canvas painting of a forest scene with a man standing beside his horse along with a pack of excited beagles during a hunt. The painting is signed in the lower right corner by the artist, Marshall. A wood burned mark on the back identifies this as having come from The Little Gallery in East Newark, New Jersey. Please note that there is some paint loss on this painting, most notable on a left side birch tree, in the leaves of another tree toward the middle of the painting, and at the top middle of the horse's back. The buyer may wish to have these imperfections repaired.
