Here is a great vintage mannequin head hat display by Norman Kartiganer Inc out of Worcester, Massachusetts. The head features applied eyelashes and a posh expression. The head has some dings and nicks in the felt and styrofoam, which I will try to accurately represent in the pictures. It sits on a pink rubber suction cup stand. There is some water staining on the neck.
