I'm not exactly sure what to call this medium, but its a very unique and stylish piece of wall art! This image is composed of what looks like melted plastic crystals outlined with thick cord or thread. This art shines, sparkles, and glistens in the light, giving off a very nice effect! It features a smiling cat about to dip an eager paw into a fish tank.
This piece is in good condition and appears to be completely intact and hand made. There is some staining on the white background, which I have done my best to photograph. The frame has a wire hanger on the back.
