Here is an outstanding piece of history from the feminine hygiene products industry! This vending machine once dispensed "Regular Kotex Sanitary Napkins" containing a deodorant for 5 cents each. It has a listed patent number of 2339681, which was originally filed in 1942 and granted in 1944, making this machine of the WWII era. The machine appears to function normally, though could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, this dispenser is in good condition, though it does have normal signs of use and wear, such as paint loss, minor denting, and scratches. The left side of the dispenser also has a paint drip, likely from someone painting a wall when this dispenser was mounted. It features four mounting holes at the back for easy wall mounting. The key is included and easily opens the dispenser.
