Here is an incredibly well made folk art plaque with inlaid wooden details making the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks fraternal crest logo. This piece is in excellent condition with minimal ware. It was made by a T. Berard of Athol, Massachusetts, as indicated by the signature on the back.. This piece measures 11" x 11".
