Erik Anton Berg produced this antique straight razor in Eskilstuna, Sweden. The blade is signed Erik Anton Berg, and marked, "Garanti." The brass along the blade is marked, Prisbelont i Malmo" along with what looks to be a date of 1881, though the one is heavily worn off. The handle of this straight razor has a unique design with great patina.
This straight razor is in great condition with no major rust and a very nice patina on the metal. It is very sharp and can easily slice through a sheet of paper. The blade does have heavy marking from sharpening, which can be seen in the photographs. The handle is in good shape with some slight discoloration.
This razor measures 6" when closed, 9.5" when fully open, and has a 3" blade.
