This is a great and working noisemaker clicking toy featuring a jolly clown. It produces sound by spinning it around by its handle. It is in good condition with some paint loss on the underside, and some sticker residue from past price tags on the front surface, which could be carefully cleaned. It was manufactured around the 1930s by Kirchhof of Newark, New Jersey, under the "Life of the Party" line.
