Here is an outstanding historical photograph of a former Civil War officer of the Union Army. The photograph was taken around the 1880s. The man wears a badge of the GAR, the Grand Army of the Republic, a fraternal organization of Civil War Union veterans. This antique picture is in good condition with some minor signs of wear, including an indentation in the print on the right side, which I will highlight in the photographs. It is housed in a vintage wood frame. The frame measures 18.25" x 21".
