This silver plate track and field trophy was issued by the Boston Athletic Association on May 11, 1895 to the third place winner of the 100 yards dash. It features ornate etched text and a subtle lined design around the base. It was manufactured by N.G. Wood & Sons of Boston.
The trophy is in sparkling condition with a nice antique patina. There are some surface scratches throughout, but overall the trophy is in excellent shape. There is one small ding on the bottom right side that shows up as a dark spot in the photos.
