This silver plate track and field trophy was issued by the Boston Athletic Association on June 17, 1895 to the first place winner of the running long jump. It features ornate etching and intricate designs on the base and handle. It was manufactured by N.G. Wood & Sons of Boston.
The trophy is in sparkling condition with a nice antique patina. There are some surface scratches throughout, but overall the trophy is in excellent shape with two or three small dings.
