Here is an adorable black cat ceramic pottery tea pot with shiny glaze and hand painted details. This teapot was made in Japan. It features a tail as the handle, and a steam outlet on the cat's mouth. The head is the lid and is removable. It is in good condition, but please note that there is a significant chip on the underside of the tea spot spout. The chip is only visible when looking from underneath, so this would still look great displayed on any shelf. The bottom is marked Japan.
