For sale is a stunning sterling silver locket with a nice bit of history. According to the inscription on the back, this locket appears to have been presented to Selma Server of Warren Rebekah Lodge No. 63 on October 19th, 1923. The locket features a picture of Selma that is visible while the locket is closed (this photo can be removed and replaced with your own very easily). There are two additional spots for photos on the interior of the locket. The Rebekahs are a branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) originally conceived as a female auxiliary of the larger organization. There is a hallmark on the interior of the locket that is difficult to make out, but it is pictured. This locket is in excellent condition with little to no signs of wear or use. The clasp works perfectly and the locket stays securely closed. It has a small jump ring and is ready for your favorite chain.
This locket measures approximately 1.75 x 1.25 inches.
