Antique scrapbook containing clipped logos, company and institutional names, seals, and emblems from various organizations including colleges, hotels, clubs, banks, and government offices. Notable examples include House of Representatives Washington D.C., War Department Office of the Secretary, Boston Athletic Association, Hotel Trafalgar, Fort Orange Club, Brown University, S.S. Celtic, and Harvard University. The clippings appear to have been cut from envelopes, letterheads, and similar correspondence. Items are attractively arranged throughout the book, often organized according to color. Over 20 pages are mostly filled, while most pages are empty. Five empty envelopes are loose in the back of the book, labeled by color with handwritten pencil notes reading "Gold," "Red," "Green," "Blue," and "Not Sorted," apparently part of the collecting process. The book features marbled cover boards and bears an interior stamp indicating it was sold by "Thorp & Martin Co. Commercial Stationers" in Boston.
