This is a photo album containing 16 mounted photographs depicting scenes of Manchester, New Hampshire, circa 1890. Subjects include: Central Fire Station, Women's Aid Home, an unidentified bridge, a parade with American flags, the Charles Lowell Richardson mansion at 235 Myrtle Street, an unknown brick fire station, Rock Rimmon, an unidentified dam, Smyth Tower, a West Manchester horse drawn street car, and post office. Album is an Eclipse album with interchangeable leaves, Collins cards, manufactured by F. Reifschneider, New York, patented July 24, 1888. Album and photographs show age toning, fading, wear, and handling marks consistent with age and use.
