Here is a fabulous antique medical syringe manufactured by The Randall Faichney Company out of Boston under the Matchless name. The syringe has a liquid capacity of 60 cubic centimeters and operates smoothly. It is very clean, though there is some tarnishing in the steel. The syringe is 8.5" long.
