Pre-Auction Notes: I removed this artwork from the frame it was in, expecting to find a painting on board. However, it is on a thin and brittle paper that seems to have been stiffened by paint. While I am confident this is a painting, there is a slim possibility that is a print. Please review the photos carefully. There are multiple photos of pencil writing on the back which includes the name of artist Otto Fedder, I could find no other examples of this artwork, and cannot verify a Fedder connection. Please buy it for what you think it is.
