Antique Keystone Moviegraph hand-crank 35mm film projector, model 198-W, patented 1920. This manually operated projector is designed for home and small-venue exhibition and is representative of early twentieth-century motion picture technology. The projector includes the original hand-crank mechanism, two reel arms, two metal reels, a bulb, and a period 35mm comedy film housed in its original film canister. A panel from the original cardboard box is also included.

The projector was tested and is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. It retains its original fabric-covered electrical cord, which remains usable. A belt for the uptake reel is present and functional, though it is slightly undersized. The included bulb functions but may not withstand the rigors of shipping. The accompanying 35mm film shows wear and tear consistent with age and use and may be missing frames.

Working when tested. General wear consistent with age and use. Film shows wear and possible frame loss. Bulb functional but fragile. Original cord present and usable.
