This beautiful art nouveau (or perhaps art deco) inkwell stand features stunning and ornate details in a heavy metal, most likely pot metal. It has a hinged lift top cover that reveals three inkwell inserts and a wide and spacious pen rest for dip pens. It would complement the desk or office of any antique lover. The bottom is marked only with the number 7, which is also marked on the inside of the lid. There may be a smaller hallmark on the inside of the lid, but I can't make it out. It is in good condition with lovely antique patina, as well as some very minor spots of oxidation.
