Here is an incredible antique handwritten cookbook, circa 1890, containing over 60 pages of handwritten recipes for meals, baked goods, and desserts. The recipes include many types of pickles and relish, cakes and breads, and other dishes such as Tuna Fish Mold, Cucumber Sour Cream Lime Jello Salad, Mushroom Casserole, and Welsh Rabbit. The book and binding are in fair condition, but the pages within are whole and in good shape. Many pages are left blank to separate types of recipes. Some pages are loose within the book, and the front cover is nearly separated. An interior page attributes this book to J.L. Knox of West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
