Here is a beautiful alabaster composite sculpture bust of the Virgin Mary by A. Giannelli, a well known manufacturer of high quality alabaster and marble composite sculptures. This Madonna has her eyes cast down under her hood and her hands raised under her white cloak in solemn prayer. The sculpture is in good condition with some discoloration consistent with age and no chips, cracks, or breaks. The bust sits on a heavy black marble base.
