Goodwin, Jr., a red, yellow, and green ribbon, and a foil on paper medal with Shriners motifs. It bears the acronym AAONMS, which stands for the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, a sect of the Freemasons. This ribbon comes in a vintage carrying case that may have been the original case.
