Descriptions, Returns, and Exchanges

Memory Hole Vintage does not accept returns or exchanges.

All items sold by Memory Hole Vintage are sold as is with no warranties or guarantees of any kind and are sold inclusive of all errors and omissions.

The best effort is made to accurately describe all details and defects of each item. An item may be eligible for return if it is determined that it was substantially misrepresented. Item measurements are generally rounded to the nearest quarter inch.



All prices include shipping within the United States.

Orders are generally packaged and shipped on the same business day they are placed. This means that you will usually receive a tracking number the same day of purchase, or early the next day. We will make our best effort to also drop your package off with the carrier on the same day the order is placed. If this is not possible, either because the order was placed later in the day or because our schedule does not allow it, the package will be dropped off as soon as possible on the following day.

Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority shipping. Orders weighing under one pound are shipped USPS First Class Package. Books and media are shipped USPS Media Mail. Some flat items will be shipped as USPS First Class Mail, aka snail mail. Larger and heavier packages may be shipped UPS Ground.

Items damaged in shipping may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged so that we may assist you.



Some items, such as furniture and other large items, are eligible for free delivery to most of New England. Additional fees may apply for difficult to move items or for addresses in excess of 100 miles from Jaffrey, NH.

Payment in full is always required prior to delivery, with some exceptions. If you purchase an item sight unseen, our "as is" policy applies and the order is not eligible for cancellation or refund once the delivery process has been initiated. Refusal of delivery after the delivery has arrived will result in forfeiture of the item and of the money paid to purchase.

We will assist you with loading an item into your home and to its desired location. In most cases, you or someone in your party will be required to assist in moving items into a home. In the event that help is not available and the delivery person is unable to load your item into your home, the item will be left safely on your property and becomes your responsibility. Measurements are provided for most all items and furniture. Please note these measurements and be sure the item you are purchasing will fit in your home. In the event that an item does not fit in your home upon delivery, that item is still your property and responsibility and will be left with you. No refund will be given.
