I'm not exactly sure what to call this medium, but its a very unique and stylish piece of wall art! This image is composed of what looks like melted plastic crystals outlined with thick cord or thread. This art shines, sparkles, and glistens in the light, giving off a very nice effect! It features a smiling cat licking its lips as he looks at a bird cage with three birds.
This piece is in good condition and appears to be completely intact and hand made. There is very little staining or discoloration. The frame has a wire hanger on the back.
