This antique folk-art style chalkboard/blackboard features the iconic Felix the Cat sporting a wide smile. An eraser hangs from a string, acting as his tail. There are two small holes in his mouth for chalk storage, which becomes his whiskers. This piece is charmingly hand painted. This would be great in the kitchen or beside the door for daily reminders. There is a small hole at the top of Felix's head for easy wall hanging.
The chalkboard is in good vintage condition with obvious signs of use. This includes some remnants of chalk marks as well as what looks like hardened sticker residue. With heavy cleaning, I'm sure these could be removed, but I am leaving it in as-found condition to avoid damaging the item.
