Half Baby Half Teddy Bear #64 Stuffed Animal

This super cute stuffed animal appears to have the body of a stuffed bear, but the plastic head of a baby doll. Very unusual and cool! He's wearing a small blue jacket, and a sweater with the number 64, possibly referring to 1964.
