Here is a great vintage Effanbee Patsyette Doll that measures 10 inches. It is made of painted composition and has a red shirt and black pants. There is significant chipping and wear in the paint on the composition, but the doll is still quite charming. The head and limbs are securely connected to the body of the doll.
