Here is a gorgeous early "Patsy" composition doll by Effanbee. The doll is marked Effanbee and Patsy on the back of her neck in raised letters in the composition. This doll has blonde painted hair. The doll features a composition head, along with composition arms, hands, legs, and feet, and a cloth body. She is wearing a lovely green dress, a white slip, and white underwear with purple lace trim. She is also wearing socks and shoes. Please note that the paper sole of one of the shoes has started to peel up. This doll is in good condition with normal wear and tear typical of vintage composition dolls, including chipping in the paint and composition, especially around the top of the head and the hands. She measures 13" from head to toe.
