This beautiful brass mail slot features an ornate design with the word "Letters" nicely imprinted on the slot door. It is made of heavy brass with a nice patina and would look stunning in any home. The hinge works perfectly and the slot opens very smoothly.
This item is in good condition with normal patina. The interior of the handle on the front of the mail slot, however, has deteriorated somewhat. Please see the close up photograph of that portion.
This item measures 9" L x 2.5" W x 2.5" H not including the threaded posts to attach it. Please see the photograph with the ruler to measure the threaded rods.
