Framed "The Lovers Quarrel" Colored Currier & Ives Lithograph, 1846 - 13 x 17"
Here is a charming antique hand-colored lithograph by N. Currier, later of Currier & Ives fame. It is marked with a date of 1846 and was published out of Currier's 33 Spruce Street, New York City location. Beneath the title, "The Lovers Quarrel," is the number 443. The lithograph is in the original frame. There is some wear and discoloration to the print, as is to be expected of an antique lithograph of this age. There is also some creasing throughout, likely just from handling of the document while in the frame. There are some very minor water stains on the top left of the paper, outside the border of the image. The frame measures 13" x 17".
