Absentee Bidding
Absentee Bidding is available here on the Auction Hub right up until the moment that we sell an item live. Note that very last minute absentee bids may be missed if we are in the process of live selling, so we highly reccomend that you join the live auction once it is underway.
Here are some key points to know about how our absentee bidding system works before placing bids:
- If you're the only bidder on a lot, the current bid will be set to 65% of your max absentee bid or $25, whichever is greater.
- If your max absentee bid is $25 or less, the current bid will be set to the full bid amount.
- If you place a bid on a lot with existing bids, the current bid will be set to either the highest competing absentee bid plus $10 or 65% of your max absentee bid, whichever is greater.
- During the live auction, lots with absentee bids will open at the current bid. We will continue bidding on behalf of the high absentee bidder up to their max bid.

Invoicing & Payment
An itemized invoice will be emailed to your email address on file directly following each live sale. Invoice payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
Invoice reminders may be sent via email, Instagram direct message, call, or text if payment is not received within 24 hours.
Failure to pay your invoice, including all applicable shipping fees, or backing out of any portion of it, will result in a permanent ban from future auctions and live sales.

LIVE AUCTION STARTS IN
aka "left-bids" or "pre-bids"
- Absentee bids let you place your maximum bid on an item before the live auction begins. During the live show, we’ll continue bidding on your behalf up to your max bid — just like leaving a bid with a traditional auctioneer.
- When you place an absentee bid, you’ll choose a bid strategy. Your chosen strategy determines how the current bid will be set at the time your bid is placed. Your maximum bid always remains confidential.
-
The available strategies are:
- 🐢 Slow & Steady — starts your bid low and lets others chase you.
- ⚡💥 Power Bid — starts at about half your max to show intent without revealing your top number.
- ♥️♠️ All In ♦️♣️ — sets the current bid to your full bid amount right away.
- The current bid shown on each lot reflects all confirmed absentee bids and updates automatically as new bids come in.
- When the live auction starts, bidding will begin at the current bid. The auctioneer will continue bidding on behalf of absentee bidders up to their max bids.
- Because absentee bids can arrive seconds apart, the current bid you see may not always include bids still being processed. Refresh the page for the most up-to-date information.

How bidding works
- All items have a minimum bid of $1.00.
- When "No Bids" is displayed, it means no absentee bids have been placed on this item yet.
- Once bids are placed, the current bid will be displayed instead.
